Miegėnai (formerly Russian: Мегяны, Polish: Miegiany) is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania.

Miegėnai (as Megene) is included to the list of devastated Lithuanian villages by Teutonic Order in 1372.
