Mike Kelley (born March 27, 1975) is an American politician who served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives for the 127th district from 2011 to 2019.
He is currently the Assistant Deputy Director of the Missouri Department of Revenue, Taxation Division.
Kelley was elected to the Missouri House of Representatives in 2010, replacing term-limited incumbent Ed Emery.
Kelley also served as chair of the Special Committee for Tax Policy for Working Families.
He was a former President of the Rotary Club of Lamar, and a former member of the Pleasant Hope Chamber of Commerce.
