Mike Nicholls is an Australian researcher in experimental psychology.
In 1994 he was appointed lecturer at University of Melbourne where he established the Laterality Laboratory.
He was appointed Strategic Professor in Psychology at Flinders University in 2010, where he heads the Brain and Cognition Lab and is Dean of Research for the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work.
[1] He has made significant contributions to research in the fields of spatial attention and laterality, including the development of a new handedness questionnaire, the Flanders.
[2] He was an editor-in-chief of the journal Laterality from 2007-2018 and has been a member of the Australian College of Experts since 2019.
