Mikhail Plyatskovsky

Mikhail Spartakovich Plyatskovsky (Russian: Михаи́л Спарта́кович Пляцко́вский; 1935–1991) was a Soviet playwright, poet and songwriter.

He graduated from the Maxim Gorky Literature Institute in Moscow.
