Milen Zhivkov Zhelev (Bulgarian: Милен Живков Желев; born 17 July 1993) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who currently plays as a right back for Liga I club Oțelul Galați.

On 21 June 2017, Zhelev signed with Beroe.
