Millerville Township was organized in 1867, and named for John Miller, an early settler.
As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 350 people, 124 households, and 104 families residing in the township.
The racial makeup of the township was 99.71% White and 0.29% Asian.
There were 124 households, out of which 34.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.2% were married couples living together, 4.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.1% were non-families.
15.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
