Millington is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP)[5] in Long Hill Township, Morris County, New Jersey, United States.

[3] Millington borders the southern side of the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, with access to Lord Stirling Park across the Passaic River.

The Raptor Trust, a famous bird rehabilitation and education center within the Great Swamp, is also inside the town limits.

After the Clover Hill Swimming Club appealed the first decision, the Supreme Court of New Jersey again sided with the plaintiff.

The town has a train stop on the Gladstone Branch of the NJ Transit rail line, Millington Station.
