Milton Paul Rice (September 30, 1920 – January 1, 2018) was an American politician in the state of Tennessee.
[1][2] Rice was born in Florence, Alabama and grew up in Jackson, Mississippi, Leland, Mississippi, Camden, Tennessee and Jackson, Tennessee, where he attended public schools.
He went to Jackson High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lambuth College in 1942.
During World War II, Rice served in the United States Navy Reserve and attended the United States Naval Reserve Midshipmen's School.
After the war, Rice attended the Vanderbilt University School of Law to receive a juris doctor.
