Miralda gemma is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Pyramidellidae, the pyrams and their allies.
The six whorls of the teleoconch are flattened, with strong tabulated and crenulated summits.

The sulcus between the second and the third keel is deep, decidedly deeper than the peripheral sulcus, both of which, as well as the sulci of the base, are crossed by minute closely placed, axial raised threads.
The parietal wall covered by a moderately thick callus.
