Mishel Andrea Mancheno Dávila is an Ecuadorian lawyer and politician who became the Legal Secretary to Ecuador's new president, Daniel Noboa in 2023.

Mancheno studied law at the Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo [es] and business management at the Interamerican University of Ecuador.

[1] On 23 November 2023 at the Carondelet Palace she was formally made the Legal Secretary to the new President Daniel Noboa.

[6] In September 2024 she left her position as the president's legal secretary to become a National Democratic Action (ADN) politician.

[7] The ADN party registered their National Assembly candidates for the 2025 elections in the province of Chimborazo in October 2024.
