Miss Earth Philippines 2018, formerly titled Miss Philippines Earth was the 18th edition of the Miss Philippines Earth pageant, held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines, on May 19, 2018.

[1] Karen Ibasco of Manila crowned Celeste Cortesi of Rome as her successor at the end of the event.

Cortesi represented the Philippines at the Miss Earth 2018 pageant, and reached the top eight.
