Missouri's 15th Senatorial District is one of 34 districts in the Missouri Senate.

The district has been represented by Republican David Gregory since 2025.

The district is in southwestern St. Louis County, including the cities of Ballwin, Chesterfield, Ellisville, Manchester, Town & Country, and Wildwood.
