Mitchell Saron (December 6, 2000) is an American right-handed sabre fencer.

He is representing the United States at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France, in the Men's sabre and Men's team sabre on July 27 and 31, 2024.

Saron was born on December 6, 2000, and is Filipino American and Jewish.
