Mithapur Solar Power Plant is a 25 MW solar power plant located in Mithapur, Gujarat.

[2] The power plant is spread over an area of 100 acres (40.5 ha).

The panels are of polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic technology.

[3] Tata power signed a power purchase agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd.

[4] The power plant was commissioned on 25 January 2012.
