Mithya (English: Illusion) is a 2008 Indian Hindi-language black comedy film co-written and directed by Rajat Kapoor and produced by Planman Motion Pictures.

It stars Ranvir Shorey, Neha Dhupia, Naseeruddin Shah, and Vinay Pathak in pivotal roles.
