Mohamed Khaleel

Mohamed Khaleel (Dhivehi: މުޙައްމަދު ޚަލީލް, Arabic: محمد خليل‎ born 29 October 1965) is a Maldivian diplomat.

[1] In 1983, after completing his secondary education at Majeediyya School in his hometown of Malé, he became a government official.

[1] In 1994, he received a degree in Environmental Law and Political Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, where he studied abroad.

[1] On 16 June 2019, he was appointed Ambassador to Saudi Arabia by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.

[2] On October 23 of the same year, he presented his credentials to King Salman of Saudi Arabia.
