Mohammad Mithun (Bengali: মোহাম্মদ মিঠুন; born March 3, 1991) is a Bangladeshi cricketer and the captain of Sylhet Strikers.
In October 2018, Mithun was named in the squad for the Rangpur Riders team, following the draft for the 2018–19 Bangladesh Premier League.
[5] In November 2021, he was selected to play for the Kandy Warriors following the players' draft for the 2021 Lanka Premier League.
[6] Mithun was named as replacement for captain Mushfiqur Rahim in the two-match T20I series against Sri Lanka in February 2014 as the wicketkeeper.
[9] In April 2019, Mithun was named in Bangladesh's 15 man squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup.
