Mohsin Wali

The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri, in 2007, for his contributions to Indian medicine.

[citation needed] In 2014, he also secured a master's degree on business administration (MBA) in Health Care Services from Sikkim Manipal University.

[6] He is a patron of the Accident Relief Society, New Delhi and the Minority Development and Protection Foundation[7] and a nodal officer for Aids Control, under the President's Estate.

[9] Wali, who is reported to have contributed to the introduction of geriatric medicine in India,[8] is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology as well as the World Health Organization.

[3] Wali is married to Farukh Naaz, who is philanthropist, social worker, and an alumnus of the Aligarh Muslim University, and the couple has three sons and one daughter.
