[1] In 2009, she competed in the first season of the Česko Slovenská SuperStar (Czech-Slovak version of Pop Idol), where she finished fifth, the most successful Czech female participant in the competition.

The following year, she began working with Rob Opatovský, with whom she sang the song "Prší".

[4] 2011 proved to be a turning point for Bagárová: she released her debut album, Shining, which included "I want", a duet with Benny Cristo.

For the album, Bagárová won the Best Newcomer prize at the Český slavík awards in 2011.

[7] Bagárová dated singer and fellow SuperStar contestant Benny Cristo from 2009 to 2012.
