Morten T. Hansen is a Norwegian-American professor, management theorist, motivational speaker and author.
Hansen obtained his BA in political science from the University of Oslo in Norway.
He received his Master of Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
He lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife, Helene Hansen, and their two children.
In recognition of his work, he received the 2005 Administrative Science Quarterly award[6] for having made exceptional contributions to the field of organization studies.
