Morthomiers (French pronunciation: [mɔʁtɔmje]) is a commune in the Cher department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France.

An area of forestry and farming comprising the village and a hamlet situated some 6 miles (9.7 km) southwest of Vierzon at the junction of the D16 and the D135 roads.

The commune lies on the pilgrimage route known as Saint James's Way.
