Moutaz Al-Khayyat (born 31 December 1983) is a Qatari businessman based in Doha, Qatar.

[8][9] Al Khayyat rose to prominence during the Qatar Diplomatic Crisis between 2017 and 2021 as the 'man who airlifted 4,000 dairy cows' into the country to bypass the blockade into the country by Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt.
[12] Al-Khayyat is the chairman of Aura Group, which operates in the food and beverage sector and family entertainment outlets in Qatar.
[13] He is also the chairman of Assets, a real estate company in the residential, hospitality and commercial sectors.
