Mubarak Marzouq Hamed Al-Issa (Arabic: مُبَارَك مَرْزُوق حَامِد الْعِيسَى; born 1 January 1961) is a Kuwaiti football defender who played for Kuwait in the 1982 FIFA World Cup.
