Mugguru Maratilu is a 1946 Telugu-language historical drama film produced and directed by Ghantasala Balaramayya under the Pratibha Productions banner.
During the era of Maratha Empire, Siddhoji rules Badegao, who rears his elder's progeny, 3 gallant princes– Somoji, Subandhi, & Firoji as his own.
Ergo, Rukkubai slowly sows vicious seeds in her husband's mind, mingling venomous Diwanji, who becomes a tyrant and pesters his public.
Accordingly, she moves a pawn by instigating Siddhoji, invites 3 Marathas on behalf of Raghubai's bridal connection, and wiles to slay them.
Parallelly, the 3 Marathas also land when Firoji learns about a secret hidden in the Ellamma Temple of their ancestors and aims to procure it.
Firoji, fortunately, shields a princess whose father, Raja Balwant Rao, the king of Raipur gad, knits them and enthrones him.
