Muhammad Naeem Akhtar Khan Bhabha is a Pakistani politician who was a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab from 2008 to May 2018.

He was appointed to the post of Provincial Minister of Punjab for Agriculture in 2016.

[2] He was re-elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as an independent candidate from Constituency PP-237 (Vehari-VI) in 2013 Pakistani general election.
