In Sweden, the following homicide offenses exist:[1] Any person under 18[3] (but not under the age of 15) is sentenced as a ratio of what an adult would receive.
Furthermore, people under 15 may be convicted of crimes, but not subject to legal punishment.

Currently the law reads:[4] Section 1 In Sweden, the maximum punishment for any offense is life imprisonment (see Life imprisonment in Sweden), which is available as a punishment for the most aggravated forms of murder.
Capital punishment in Sweden was abolished for all crimes committed during peacetime on 30 June 1921 and for all crimes, including those committed in time of war, on 1 January 1973.
