Murdock, Nebraska

Murdock is a village in Cass County, Nebraska, United States.

Murdock was established circa 1890 when the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad was extended to that point.

The racial makeup of the village was 98.51% White, 0.37% Native American, 0.37% Asian, and 0.74% from two or more races.

28.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 18.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 2.3% of families and 2.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 3.8% of those under the age of eighteen and none of those 65 or over.
