Musa bey Mirzə Həmdulla bey oglu Hacigasimov (Azerbaijani:Musa Hacıqasımov; b. Qasimkend, Dagestan, Russian Empire - d. Leningrad, Soviet Union) was an Azerbaijani architect and statesman.
Musa Hajikasimov was born on August 16, 1886, in the Qasimkend district of Dagestan.
He completed his education at the Baku Real School in 1903 and entered the Peterburg Civil Engineering Institute.
However, due to his revolutionary activities, he was expelled for a period.
From 1930 to 1933, he served as the head of the Architecture and Planning Department of the Leningrad City Council, and in 1933-1935, he was the founder and first chairman of the Leningrad Architects' Union.
