Natesan Krishnasamy Gounder Rangasamy (born 4 August 1950) is an Indian politician who is the Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Puducherry.
Rangasamy was born on 4 August 1950 in Puducherry to parents Natesan Krishnasamy Gounder and Panchali Ammal in a Vanniyar Tamil family.
During 2000, he had adorned the office of the Minister for Tourism, Education, Public Works, Civil Aviation and Art & Culture.
In the 2001 Assembly Election, he won from the Thattanchavady constituency and assumed office as Minister for Public Works, Agriculture and Forest.
