Nadja Yvonne Hirsch (born 13 July 1978) is a German politician who served as a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Free Democratic Party of Germany, part of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, from 2009 until 2014 and from 2017 until 2019.
In 2005 she graduated in psychology from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and went on to study economics at FernUniversität Hagen.
From 2008 to 2009 she also chaired the parliamentary group of the Free Democratic Party of Germany in the city council.
Having missed re-election in 2014, Hirsch returned to the private sector and took on a position as deputy managing director at Handelsblatt Global Edition.
In addition, she was a member of the Parliament’s delegation to the Turkey-EU Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC).
