[2] Nakaseke is approximately 66 kilometres (41 mi) northwest of Kampala, Uganda's capital and largest city.
[5] Nakaseke Town sits at an average elevation of 1,276 metres (4,186 ft) above mean sea level.
An estimated 59.2 percent of the Nakaseke community is literate, which is largely limited to the Luganda language.
[9] During the national census and household survey of 27 and 28 August 2014, the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS), enumerated the population of Nakaseke at 7,238 people.
UBOS calculated the rate of population growth of Nakaseke Town to average 3.05 percent annually, between 2015 and 2020.
