Nalini (born 28 August 1966) is an Indian actress known for her work in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada films and worked in television.

[1] Nalini was born on 28 August 1966 as the second among eight children to Moorthi and Prema in Tamil Nadu.

Her father was a choreographer in Tamil movies, and her mother was a professional dancer.

The couple has twins: Aruna and Arun, born in 1988.
