Nao Kusaka (Japanese: 日下尚; born 20 November 2000) is a Japanese Greco-Roman wrestler competing in the 77 kg division.

[1] He won the gold medal in the 77 kg event at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

[2] In 2017, Nao Kusaka finished fifth in the cadet world championships.

[3] In 2023, Nao Kusaka competed in the Greco-Roman 77 kg event at the 2023 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia and won the bronze medal.

[4] In 2024, Nao Kusaka competed in the Greco-Roman 77 kg event at the 2024 Asian Wrestling Championships held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and won the gold medal.
