Roman Andreyevich Vlasov (Russian: Роман Андреевич Власов; born 6 October 1990) is a Russian Greco-Roman wrestler.

He also won the gold medal at the 2013 Summer Universiade.

Vlasov trains under Viktor Kuznetsov, the same coach who raised Aleksandr Karelin.
