It will accommodate four gallery spaces focused on contemporary art from Japan and other countries in Asia.
[2] The inaugural exhibition will display works by eleven artists and groups, including figures like Takashi Murakami and Cai Guo-Qiang.
It will consist of a three-story building with two basement levels and a ground floor.

[5] A cafe on the north side of the ground floor will allow visitors to view the Seto Inland Sea from the terrace.
