Natangwe Paulus Ithete (born 9 January 1976) is a Namibian politician and legislator in the Parliament of Namibia as a member of National Assembly.
He serves as chairperson of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Economics and Public Administration.
Ithete served in President Hage Geingob's administration as deputy a minister of finance from 2015 to 2020.
Ithete has been a long serving as a valuation and inspection officer at Agricultural Bank of Namibia from 2002 to 2015.
He served a vice president of Namibia Financial Institutions Union (NAFUNI) from 2013 to 2015.
