Nathan Carter (born May 22, 2002) is an American football running back for the Michigan State Spartans.

Carter attended Bishop Kearney High School in Irondequoit, New York.

After redshirting his first year in 2020, he started four of 12 games, rushing for 578 yards on 125 carries with two touchdowns.
