During his 14-year career in the NBL, Crosswell played for the Melbourne Tigers, Victoria Giants, Cairns Taipans, Townsville Crocodiles and Adelaide 36ers.

Crosswell started his NBL career with the Melbourne Tigers in 1999.

He later played for the Victoria Giants and Cairns Taipans before re-joining the Tigers in 2007 and winning his only NBL championship.

He joined the Townsville Crocodiles in 2010 before finishing his career with the Adelaide 36ers.
