Nebahovy is a municipality and village in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

Nebahovy lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Prachatice, 31 km (19 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 123 km (76 mi) south of Prague.
