Her poems were included in Midland, Lyric West, American Poetry, Pagan, Penwoman, Suburban Life, and other magazines and newspapers.
[6] In 1923, Miller was appointed Poet Laureate of Colorado by Governor William Ellery Sweet, a position held for life.
She organized the state branch of National League of American Pen Women, and became its honorary president.

The play was published in Theater Magazine, and as a result, was put on in five different states and Cuba, in the spring of 1923.
