One-day races and Classics Nelson Filipe dos Santos Simões Oliveira[5] (born 6 March 1989) is a Portuguese professional road racing cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Movistar Team.
[6] In September 2009, Anadia-born Oliveira won the silver medal in the under-23 time trial at the UCI Road World Championships.
In September 2010, he went again to the UCI Road World Championships, and was 4th in the under-23 time trial, not repeating a podium by just 4 seconds.
In September 2015 it was reported that Oliveira would leave Lampre–Merida and join Movistar Team for 2016.
