Nereson Township, Roseau County, Minnesota

Nereson Township was named for Knut Neresen, a Norwegian settler.

[3] According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.3 square miles (93.9 km2), all land.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 69 people, 29 households, and 20 families residing in the township.

27.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were no families and 2.3% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
