Nespelem Community is a census-designated place (CDP) in on the Colville Indian Reservation in Okanogan County, Washington, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 290 people, 84 households, and 58 families residing in the CDP.

There were 84 households, out of which 33.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 36.9% were married couples living together, 25.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.8% were non-families.

27.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

About 9.8% of families and 11.9% of the population were below the poverty line, including 4.5% of those under the age of eighteen and 9.5% of those 65 or over.
