Ngô Thị Phương Ly (born 1960 in Hanoi) is a Vietnamese journalist who briefly served as the informal First Lady of Vietnam in 2024.

Madame Ngô Thị Phương Ly[note 1] was born in 1970 in Hanoi.

[1][2] Because Madame Ly belongs to a family with a reputation in the artist world, from the beginning, she and the three siblings were directed by her father for the art path.

While eldest sister Ngô Thị Phương Lan soon became the director of the Vietnam Film Department, Madame Ly studied to become a professional painter.
