Niceforonia aderca is a species of frog in the family Strabomantidae.
It is endemic to Colombia and only known from its type locality, Betulia, Santander, on the western flank of the Cordillera Oriental.
The supratympanic fold obvious and obscuring upper edge of the tympanum that is otherwise round.
[2] The holotype was found in leaf litter in mature cloud forest at 2,280 m (7,480 ft) above sea level.
[1][2][4] Specific threats to this species are unknown, but it is presumably impacted by habitat loss caused by smallholder farming and subsistence wood extraction.
