Nicholas Peter Buckles (born 1961) is a British businessman.
[1] In 2011 he announced, that G4S will acquire the danish ISS A/S in a deal worth £5.2 billion.
[8] He initially kept his job, despite the fiasco at the 2012 Summer Olympics,[4][9][10] but stood down on 31 May 2013 and was succeeded by Ashley Almanza, formerly of BG Group.
[6] He was also Chairman of the Ligue Internationale des Sociétés de Surveillance, the international association of leading security companies.
