Nicholas D. Regilio (born September 4, 1978) is an American former professional baseball pitcher.
Regilio was selected by the Texas Rangers in the 2nd round of the 1999 Major League Baseball Draft after attending Jacksonville University for two years.
Before the 2008 season, Regilio signed a minor league contract with the Houston Astros and was assigned to their Triple-A affiliate, the Round Rock Express.
He became a free agent at the end of the season and signed a minor league contract with the Detroit Tigers.
