Nico Krisch (born April 7, 1972) is a legal scholar, specializing in international law, constitutional theory, and global governance.
He is professor at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
Previously, he was research professor at the ICREA, Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals, and a Fellow at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin.
He is the author of Selbstverteidigung und kollektive Sicherheit (Self-defense and Collective Security, 2001) [1] and of articles on the United Nations, hegemony in international law, and the legal order of global governance.
Krisch is also a member of the Council of the International Society for Public Law.
