Nicole Spillane (born 2 January 1988) is a French and Irish applied mathematician.
She is a researcher with the Centre national de la recherche scientifique (CNRS) in France, where she works in the center for applied mathematics of the École Polytechnique.
Her research concerns parallel algorithms for solving large systems of linear equations.
