Nikita Vladimirovich Podgorny (Russian: Ники́та Влади́мирович Подго́рный; 16 February 1931 — 24 September 1982)[1] was a Soviet and Russian stage and film actor.

He graduated from the Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School (1954).

During his studies, he married his classmate Ninel Podgornaya, but a few years later divorced her.

He died in Moscow from lung cancer.

He was buried at the Vagankovo Cemetery (station number 38).
